Owning backlog management, ensuring priorities reflect business value and technical feasibility. Collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate trading workflows into logical, technical requirements. Tracking metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and re-engineering efficiencies. Partnering with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and dependencies across systems. Fostering a logical, data-led mindset to make informed prioritisation and design decisions. What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Product Owner within a trading or financial markets environment. You'll work within a modern, data-led ecosystem that values analytical precision, strong technical understanding, and collaboration with engineers and product teams. The Role You'll join a team of 4 Business Analysts and 8 Product Owners supporting 8 Agile Development Squads engineering in PHP, Golang, AWS, and Python. As a Technical BA, you'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into logical solutions and technical deliverables. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with internal stakeholders to extract and analyse data, understand complex business needs, and translate them into epics and user stories.
