This is a hybrid position based in Milton Keynes 2 days a week. You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimising enterprise-scale data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. You will - Configure, deploy, and administer Microsoft Fabric environments. Design and maintain robust data models to support analytics and reporting. Manage and optimise Fabric capacities for performance and cost efficiency. Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric administration and deployment. Strong data modelling skills, including dimensional and semantic modelling. Experience managing Fabric capacities and performance optimisation. Good knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and modern data platform concepts. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Windows Server Network Engineer

Windows Server / Network Engineer Required for global organisation based within its datacentre in Wellingborough. This is an exciting opportunity for a server engineer / systems administrator to come in and gain hands on experience in a rapidly expanding datacentre. The opportunity will see the successful server engineer work on high level secure projects building and configuring windows server 2016 and 2019, working on active directory and exchange and comprehensively extending the current Cisco network and virtual environment utilising VMWare. You must have hands on experience (not helpdesk phone based) of Windows and Linux based servers and understand the networking protocols based around Cisco, so switches and routers and security firewalls. Any exposure to Cloud based tech such as AWS or Azure, Cloudflare, Imperva, Akami would be beneficial. Some elements of travel will be involved and therefore a clean UK driving licence is essential. This is a hybrid role of 2 days a week in the office. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical specialist with strong Microsoft Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and enterprise data centre experience to support and evolve a large-scale infrastructure estate. You'll be responsible for maintaining critical platforms including virtualisation, security, storage, backup, networking and cloud services, while driving continuous improvement and modernisation initiatives. Key responsibilities include - Managing and supporting enterprise-scale Azure cloud services and on-premises infrastructure. Administering and optimising VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments. Supporting core data centre infrastructure, including physical servers, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions. Ensuring compliance with security frameworks including ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and NCSC guidance. You will have - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including administration, security and identity services. Proven expertise in VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation technologies. Experience managing enterprise data centre operations, including storage, backup and resilience platforms.
