You will be working on… Evaluating the problem resolution process for the product, the way in which the teams deal with requests and provide responses to the customers. Ensuring there is appropriate processes in-place (e.g. for escalation, risk management). Evaluating how the company support customer requests today for access to information (docs, videos), training requests and general help. Ensuring they have appropriate processes in-place for customer engagement. Any exposure to Hubspot and SQL is advantageous. Essential Skills Experience building and running customer success teams in a B2B or B2C organisation; Excellent understanding of customer service; Excellent understanding of building learning and development communities for engaging with customers; Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; 3 days per week in Sheffield and up to £50k plus package.

Use Terraform to implement Infrastructure as Code and automate deployments. Build and optimise data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse solutions, and models. Embed CI/CD, security, governance, and monitoring into the platform. Skills Experience delivering enterprise cloud data platforms. We're sourcing a Cloud Security Engineer (Azure / Terraform) for a 6-month UK-based contract (fully remote). This role is ideal for a hands-on Azure / Terraform contractor who can quickly take ownership and deliver secure, production-grade infrastructure through code. You'll be embedded in a modern Azure environment, leading security engineering initiatives with a strong focus on Terraform-first delivery. Expect to spend the majority of your time writing clean, reusable modules, embedding security controls, and pushing everything through CI/CD. Key deliverables: Build and enforce secure Azure infrastructure using Terraform (modular, scalable, production-ready) Implement perimeter security with Azure Front Door + WAF (OWASP, bot protection, rule tuning) Define governance using Azure Policy as code (networking, firewall, compliance controls) Secure AKS workloads with container scanning and runtime protections Design and roll out Conditional Access and identity protections in Microsoft Entra ID (P2) Harden Azure DevOps pipelines using managed identities and least-privilege principles Drive risk visibility and remediation via Microsoft Defender for Cloud You'll suit this contract if you're a strong coder with Terraform, security-focused by default, and comfortable delivering autonomously without hand-holding.
