Senior Polyglot Software Engineer

Are you a Senior Polyglot Software Engineer with a passion for microservices and event driven architecture / design who wants to work with business-critical systems? Senior UX/UI Product Designer Remote (UK only)

A skilled senior UX/UI Designer with strong research expertise required to join a SaaS product team. Working within the Health Tech space, as Senior UX / UI Designer you will drive human-centred design to enhance the usability, functionality, and visual appeal of the primary system/platform. By combining research insights and contributing to an innovative design system, you will help create intuitive and scalable experiences for their customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional software engineering squads to shape the future of the SaaS platform.   Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in UX/UI design and user research for SaaS or similar software platforms, supported by a strong portfolio. Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping and design. Experience with user research methodologies and tools like UserTesting or Lookback. Familiarity with SaaS-specific design challenges, such as multi-tenant systems, user onboarding, and account management. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. Business Analyst
Manchester | £45-50k
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to be part of a dynamic, agile, and cross-functional Scrum team. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to help shape and deliver technology solutions. This is a hybrid role with 1 day a week in the office in Manchester.   Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine business needs using interviews, surveys, and workshops. Translate these into actionable technology deliverables. Act as the key liaison for technology requirements within the supported business area. Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities. Assist in grooming the product backlog—ensuring it is well-structured, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives. Work closely with Software Engineers during sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Provide ongoing clarification of requirements and assist in resolving blockers. Define test scenarios, coordinate with end users, and lead UAT sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs. Actively participate in and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demonstrations.   Experience Required: Experience in the Conveyancing or Legal industry is essential. Proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst in fast-paced software delivery environments. Strong background in delivering successful technology initiatives in customer-centric industries. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and SAFe. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Software, and Confluence.

Lead UX UI Product Designer
London, Remote | 75-90k + Pension, Healthcare, Bonus
Lead UX/UI Product Designer urgently required by London based private health client. Must have extensive B2B enterprise end to end experience! Fully remote with a great team setup. This is part of a large-scale transformation the client is currently undertaking and will be a pivotal role. As Lead UX and Product Designer working on a complex SaaS platform with the goal of simplifying it for the consumer. The need here is for a highly motivated and proactive Principal Lead Designer who is comfortable with end-to-end delivery in a B2B and B2B2C (operational system design) - business to business and business to business to consumer environment. The UX/UI Designers must be: A vastly experienced user centric designer who as a Lead can carry out the UX/UI redesign of a complex system with many functions Strong on communicating assumptions whilst working with engineering and product on trade-offs. Focus on quality output and considered visual designs which can be in turn used by engineering. Expert in their design field who thrives leading a team delivery across design. Extensive User Journey mapping skills. Focus isn't too process heavy - i.e. using a process to AID the client achieve its design goals. Be able to transcend their ideas from executive level right down to Jnr Ba's. Someone with good emotional intelligence. Those that are big believers in Service Design, story boards, product models, running workshops, acting as design sign off and strong communicators who enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships Client is interviewing immediately.
