Head of Digital and Infrastructure - Derby - up to £50,000 Are you a digital leader ready to shape the future of tech and learning? Contract Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a major CRM migration programme within a fast-paced property business. This role requires strong hands-on experience delivering CRM transformation projects, combined with deep domain knowledge of the property sector — such as estate agency, lettings, mortgage services, or wider property operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities across a full CRM migration lifecycle. Gather, document, and validate business requirements across sales, lettings, mortgage, and customer service teams. Map and redesign processes to align with the new CRM platform. Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery. Support data migration, UAT, training, and go-live readiness. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Essential Experience: Proven track record delivering CRM migration or implementation projects. Strong experience within the property industry (estate agency, lettings, mortgage services, property management, etc.) Excellent stakeholder management skills across operational and senior leadership teams. Experience with data migration, systems integration, and process re-engineering. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.

You'll lead and develop the Data Platform capability, ensuring secure, scalable and high-performing on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments that support business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Data Platform team. Own platform design, incident, change and supplier management. Ensure high availability, monitoring, patching and upgrades. Act as Subject Matter Expert and drive continuous improvement. About You: Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server. Proven technical leadership experience. We're seeking a Data Platform Engineer to design and build a modern enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric. You'll play a key role in architecting a secure, scalable and high-performance cloud environment that enables advanced analytics and data-driven decision making. This is a hybrid role with 1 day a week in the Milton Keynes office. You will - Design and deliver a cloud-native data platform in Microsoft Fabric. Build and optimise data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse solutions and semantic models. Implement Platform as Code (terraform) and CI/CD practices. Ensure security, governance, monitoring and performance optimisation. Lead incident resolution and continuous platform improvement.
