Data Services Manager

A leading client based in Milton Keynes who are embarking on a transformation project are seeking the expertise of a Data Services Manager.  The Data Services Manager will be expected to promote and support all aspects of the client's data service portals, leading both internal and external data projects. You will have full management of the software suppliers, including service reviews and change management procedures. Senior C# ASP.Net MVC Developer

An expanding digital agency based in Milton Keynes are currently looking for an experienced Umbraco based C# ASP.Net MVC Developer to join their already established development team. ITIL Practitioner Service Delivery Manager

Vastly experienced Service Delivery Manager (ITIL practitioner a must) whom has personally owned the service management end-to-end, from liaising with the most senior of stakeholder's right through to users, as well as all of the ITIL fundamentals (service design etc.) required.  Based in Milton Keynes, as a vastly experience SDM, you must boast a minimum of 5 years' experience within an IT Operations function that uses a Service Integration and Management approach and ITIL-aligned processes and 3 years' experience in a Service Management role with demonstrable expertise in managing 3 rd party suppliers to deliver operational services and working with senior business stakeholders to elicit and deliver business services levels. Joining the IT Transformation Programme from its initiation where the service delivery and operating model is being built from the foundation up, whilst not necessarily a technical expert, you will have sufficient understanding of IT technical towers (Infrastructure &/or Applications) to interact credibly with technical Subject Matter Experts, using your own or other's knowledge to support users in the resolution of technical problems . Ideally, you will have played a key role in setting up and maturing a Service Management function and have a good understanding of IT Service Management Tools, particularly ServiceNow. Part of this role involves bringing new ideas into the business, so it would particularly suit a candidate who is actively involved in the software engineering community, and is proactive in bringing in new ideas, techniques, and practices. This is a combined 'hands-on' and leadership position - you will be required to develop code, conduct code reviews, and lead the team. You will need to demonstrate experience in enterprise backgrounds. However, we are particularly looking for an enthusiast who is experienced at the state of more modern software engineering stacks, technologies, and techniques. An ability to put yourself in the user's shoes and consider design and implementation from their perspective is required.
