Data Engineer SQL ETL SSIS Fully Remote

We're looking for a  Data Engineer  who thrives on solving complex data challenges and wants to make a direct impact on patient outcomes through technology. You'll join a small, agile team of six engineers working on our bespoke data platform - built to handle large-scale integrations across healthcare providers and systems. You'll take the lead on  data migration, conversion, onboarding, and optimisation , ensuring every dataset is accurate, consistent, and ready to power smarter clinical tools. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain  ETL processes  to move and transform healthcare data. Build and optimize  complex SQL queries  across large and varied data sources. Create and manage  SSIS packages  for robust data migration and integration workflows. Support  data conversion and onboarding  for new partners and systems. Investigate and resolve data-related issues with a problem-solving mindset. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and implementation teams to shape platform improvements. Contribute to data model design, quality assurance, and performance tuning. About You Strong experience with  SQL  (analytic queries, performance tuning, stored procedures). Proven experience building  ETL pipelines  using  SSIS  or similar tools. Background in  data migration or systems integration , ideally in a complex or regulated environment. Passion for  problem-solving  and continuous improvement. Experience handling  healthcare data , or a strong interest in learning the space. Comfortable working  remotely  and collaboratively within a small, high-performing team.
Systems Engineer – Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

My Milton Keynes based client are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology team, playing a key role in delivering secure, resilient and high-performing infrastructure services across both on-premises and cloud environments. This is a hybrid role of 2 days a week in the office.   This is an exciting opportunity for a technical specialist with strong Microsoft Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and enterprise data centre experience to support and evolve a large-scale infrastructure estate. You'll be responsible for maintaining critical platforms including virtualisation, security, storage, backup, networking and cloud services, while driving continuous improvement and modernisation initiatives.   Key responsibilities include - Managing and supporting enterprise-scale Azure cloud services and on-premises infrastructure. Administering and optimising VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments. Supporting core data centre infrastructure, including physical servers, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions. Ensuring compliance with security frameworks including ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and NCSC guidance.   You will have - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including administration, security and identity services. Proven expertise in VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation technologies. Experience managing enterprise data centre operations, including storage, backup and resilience platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.   Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-500, SC-300, MS-102 and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.
Azure Systems Engineer

Permanent | Milton Keynes | £60 - £66k | Hybrid: 2 days in the office We're looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team, supporting secure, reliable, and highly available infrastructure services across on-premise and cloud environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in VMware, Hyper-V, datacentre operations, Azure Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure support. You'll manage and maintain virtual and physical server environments, storage, backup, networking, and monitoring platforms, while contributing to BAU support, project delivery, and continuous improvement. You'll also work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure services remain secure, compliant, and resilient. Key skills and experience Strong experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation. Background in datacentre and infrastructure support. Knowledge of Azure Cloud principles Microsoft 365, AD, Entra, Intune, Defender, and cloud services. Strong PowerShell and automation skills. Senior Automation Test Engineer Fully Remote
London | 70-80k
We are looking for a Senior Automation Test Engineer to take ownership of our HealthTech clients automated testing capability and help drive the next phase of their quality journey. This is a fully remote role offering a salary in the region of £80,000, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare and pension.  You will be joining a team with an established Playwright-based automation framework and a substantial UI test suite already in place. Your focus will be on evolving and scaling this capability, expanding coverage, improving reliability, and embedding automation deeply into our delivery workflows.  This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is pragmatic, self-directed, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. You will report directly to the CTO and play a key role in shaping how quality is delivered across the organisation.  Key Responsibilities  Own and evolve the Playwright UI automation suite, increasing coverage across critical journeys and high-risk areas  Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated tests using Playwright (C#) and BDD frameworks (ReqnRoll preferred)  Define test strategies for new features, including APIs, Azure Functions, and background processes  Integrate and optimise automated testing within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)  Mentor and coach manual QA testers transitioning into automation  Skills and Experience  Required:  Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (C#), TypeScript and JavaScript  Experience with BDD frameworks (ReqnRoll, SpecFlow, or Cucumber)  Solid understanding of .NET-based systems and modern web architectures  Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and Azure  Experience testing beyond the UI (APIs, services, Azure Functions)  Active, daily use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code  Experience mentoring or coaching QA team members  Please Apply Now.
