A Senior Java Software Engineering Manager who has grown out of a hands-on full-stack development background, with deep experience in Java and strong exposure to Azure is required by my expanding health-tech client. This is a senior leadership role, but it's not a step away from technology — we want someone who still enjoys getting close to architecture, code quality, and technical decision-making.   You'll lead a team of high-performing engineers, set technical direction, and ensure my client is building scalable, secure, and well-designed software that delivers real value.   You will - Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams. Working a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 from home) for a company based in central Milton Keynes you'll provide technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle, designing secure, scalable and accessible solutions that balance business needs, regulation and best practice.
