Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst is required by an established leading accountancy company based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Working closely with technology gurus and with a web development and infrastructure team the Application Support Engineer will work within an ITIL and Agile environment, supporting SQL Server, with SQL Script experience and Web based applications. Any experience supporting Dynamics 365 CRM, NAV and SharePoint is seen highly advantageous.   As an Application Support Analyst you will be providing responsive and professional support to all users to ensure that all support work is performed to the highest standards maintaining regular communication which inspires user confidence in the IT Department particularly in the IT systems and the business processes around them.   The Application Support Analyst will hold well developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify user issues and assist in resolving them. You will be required to keep updated on the enhancements of current systems and development/deployment of new systems to provide effect, hold highly developed organisational skills, interpersonal skills and team working.   It is essential the Application Support Analyst has 4+ year's proven experience in Application Support with extensive experience in the following: ITIL and Agile environments, supporting SQL Server, with SQL Script experience and Web based applications, Dynamics 365 CRM, NAV and SharePoint is seen highly advantageous.

Application Support Analyst is required by an established leading SaaS House based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Working closely with technology gurus and with a development and infrastructure team the Application Support Engineer will work within an Agile environment, supporting Java, with an understanding of coding and development environments. Any experience supporting Cloud Technology such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes as well as infrastructure is highly advantageous   As an Application Support Analyst you will be providing responsive and professional support to all users to ensure that all software support work is performed to the highest standards maintaining regular communication which inspires user confidence in the Development Department particularly in the software engineered systems and the business/its clients processes around them.   The Application Support Analyst within the engineering team will hold well developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify user issues and assist in resolving them. You will be required to keep updated on the enhancements of current systems and development/deployment of new systems to provide effective support, hold highly developed organisational skills, interpersonal skills and be a real team player.   It is essential the Application Support Analyst has 4+ year's proven experience in Application Support with extensive experience in the following: Agile environments, supporting Java code, with Scripting experience and software based applications, Cloud Technology such as AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD etc is seen highly advantageous.   Super Flexible working and decent salary and package with full training within cloud technology.
