We're looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building high-quality, scalable mobile applications used by thousands of users. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering team working on a modern mobile stack, with the flexibility of remote-first working and just one day per month in their London office for team collaboration and planning.

You will:

• Design, build, and maintain robust React Native applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Help shape development practices and mentor other engineers where needed.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness across both iOS and Android platforms.

• Solid understanding of mobile development principles and platform nuances.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party libraries.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
