Software Product Owner.

We're hiring a Software Product Owner with a strong technical mindset and a solid understanding of software engineering, ideally with experience in trading or financial applications. You'll own a domain-focused product area, working closely with engineers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to drive delivery of robust, scalable backend systems. This is a remote role with once a month office meet ups in London.

What you'll do:

• Own and manage the product backlog, defining and refining epics and stories.
• Work closely with engineers to translate complex technical needs into clear priorities.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to track metrics and support high-performing Agile delivery.
• Align with domain goals to ensure delivery of value across business and technical teams.
• Make informed decisions based on deep system understanding and user needs.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner in a tech-heavy environment (ideally backend systems).
• Background in software engineering or ex-developer (highly desirable).
• Agile/Scrum expertise, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
• Experience with trading platforms or finance-related applications is a plus.
• Logical, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
