Service Delivery Manager expert.

Service Delivery Manager whom has personally owned the service management end-to-end, from liaising with the most senior of stakeholders right through to users, as well as all of the ITIL fundamentals (service design etc.) required.


Based in Milton Keynes, as a vastly experience SDM, you'll have the rare opportunity to join an IT Transformation Programme from its initiation where the service delivery and operating model is being built from the foundation up.  Very challenging yet rewarding project and certainly suited to those whom enjoy working at pace. 


As Service Delivery Manager you will be allocated a specific business service within of which you'll own all technical services within that area. A wealth of ITIL (and accreditation) and governance experience is a must. This is very much full life cycle, end-to-end Service Management and not simply incident management. 


You'll get to work very closely within a team of 5 all of whom are vastly experienced Service Management experts of which you'll benefit greatly from their coaching/training.
