Senior IT Support Engineer.

My MSP client in South-West London are looking to add a Senior IT Support Engineer their growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of escalated support issues and confidently deal directly with clients.

As a Senior IT Support Engineer you will -

• Resolve complex escalated support and infrastructure issues across multiple client environments.
• Work directly with clients to troubleshoot problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Plan and deliver Microsoft 365 migrations and technical projects.
• Project manage work from initial planning through to successful completion.
• Investigate security incidents and hacks, getting to the root cause and putting preventative measures in place.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, networking, endpoints and wider IT infrastructure.
• Hold basic firewall experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Comfortable in a flat team where everyone gets stuck in.
