QA Manager.

An experienced QA Manager is urgently required for a Milton Keynes based company who are offering hybrid working. As the QA Manager you will be comfortable taking ownership of the design and implementation of a test strategy and automation across development projects and act as a crucial point of contact, championing quality and driving best practice wherever possible.

As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that software is tested to the highest standards and has the right of level of quality. You will be expected to identify and define test resource requirements from the roadmap, project, and business initiatives. You will work closely with the product owners and technology leaders to define quality and acceptance criteria, developing and implementing test strategy for tickets, releases, and production changes.

You will boast a strong background in Testing and hold at least 2 years working as a Test/QA manager. You will have experience of -

• Device/browser strategy for testing and implications for support
• Performance testing of back-end systems and APIs
• Test automation- Integration of automated tests into build pipeline
• Integration and regression testing
• Performance, load, and stress testing
• Security testing
• Significant experience of working with both Waterfall and Agile.
• Good understanding of delivery in a DevOps and cloud focused environment

The QA manager will oversea a team of 3 and process/strategy oversight with 2 remote teams. You will be required to measure performance levels, appraisals and talent management. Please apply now!
