Python Software Engineer – Hybrid working.

We're looking for a Python Software Engineer to become the organisation's first dedicated engineering hire. You'll work closely with the CTO and the Data Engineers to build applications and automation, including a new platform that connects with the CRM and supports all users. This is a hybrid role of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home to begin with, decreasing to 1 day in the office.

This is a great opportunity for a 3-4 year experienced engineer who wants genuine autonomy and the chance to shape an engineering function from the ground up.

You'll need:

• Strong Python experience.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles.
• Azure experience or a strong interest in cloud.
• SQL experience.
• Ideally some Power BI experience.
• A self-starting, curious approach and willingness to experiment.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.
