We're looking for an experienced Principal .Net Engineer to shape technical strategy, drive engineering excellence and influence the evolution of my clients UK digital products and platforms.

You will -

• Own and evolve technical architecture across .NET products and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering squads, driving design decisions and engineering best practice.
• Lead modernisation, cloud adoption, DevOps improvements and technical debt reduction.
• Champion scalability, security, performance and software quality.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver innovative, resilient solutions.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across the organisation.

You must have -

• Extensive experience with C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core and enterprise architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure, APIs, distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
• A proven track record of technical leadership across complex platforms or multiple teams.
• Champion engineering excellence, security, DevOps and continuous improvement.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
