Are you highly experienced in the world of ITIL, Service Delivery, Incident, Change Problem, and service design, transition Management? My client's HQ is based in Milton Keynes however there is lots of flexible / remote working on offer as they run a truly agile approach.

You will be expected to champion IT Service Delivery in projects, developing a strong understanding of projects impacting on IT service provision and ensure impact is agreed and minimised. This will suit those who pride themselves on first class communication, relish a challenge and are confident liaising with higher management, stakeholders and third parties.
