Are you highly experienced in the world of ITIL, Service Delivery, Incident, Change Problem, and service design, transition Management? My client's HQ is based in Milton Keynes however there is lots of flexible / remote working on offer as they run a truly agile approach.  

With 80 + new projects kicking off across IT (innovation, automation, infrastructure, applications etc), this is a fantastic time to climb on board and help play a major role in shaping the future. With this comes plenty of personal growth opportunity.  

You will be expected to champion IT Service Delivery in projects, developing a strong understanding of projects impacting on IT service provision and ensure impact is agreed and minimised. This will suit those who pride themselves on first class communication, relish a challenge and are confident liaising with higher management, stakeholders and third parties.
