IT Service desk Analyst required for busy helpdesk based in Central Milton Keynes. The IT Service desk Analyst will be required to work a shift pattern basis.
The IT Service desk Analyst will be expected to manage customer IT problems, as part of a team, and resolve the problem for the customer in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the IT products, services and information required to provide relevant, accurate and reliable advice to the end users whilst ensuring great team work throughout each escalation.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will possess 1st line support experience. Working for a global organisation you will be IT savvy and have basic support knowledge of Microsoft core desktop products (2010 and higher), knowledge of server applications (Active Directory, Exchange).
The IT Service Desk Analyst must hold excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage Helpdesk calls to resolution, using both internal and external resources and able to work under pressure with effective time management and a strong focus on producing high quality work, in line with published Service Levels.
