BI Developer – SQL, Tableau, PowerBI.

A global brand in Milton Keynes is once again expanding their Data team and are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual who thrives working with data, reporting, analysis and visualisation.

The BI Developer will be expected to design and develop Business Intelligence solutions to deliver reporting and analysis to all internal members. You will be working closely with the Data Warehouse team and Business Analysts to develop solutions that either provide reports or provide the ability to self-serve in creating reports.

Joining the BI journey now couldn't be better timed as they have an excellent Tableau set up with well engaged users and a fantastic Data Warehouse to query from. Following data visualisation best practice and delivering value to the business makes the data more accessible and with future plans to migrate over to PowerBI this all-forms part of the data strategy having full autonomy to drive data froward within the business.

The BI Developer must be able to hit the ground running with -

• T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Views, Indexing, Performance Tuning, Analysing query plans)
• SSRS
• SSAS
• Tableau/Power BI report and data source design and build
• SQL Server (SQL 2016 or later)
• Feed requirements into the Data Warehouse team as required for new reporting / BI functionality
