AWS Technical Cloud Architect – Westminster, London.

AWS Technical Cloud Architect required in Central London Westminster by leading government body. The successful architect must be SC cleared due to the nature of the programme/project and will have prior government experience. You will have extensive knowledge and experience designing solutions on AWS using AWS services and microservice architecture. You will design and document solutions running in the Cloud and in physical Datacentres with a high level of technical detail. As AWS lead you will oversee the networking within the cloud and have previous exposure to hybrid solutions. A solid understanding/experience with DevOps tools, culture and automation (terraform, puppet, ansible, scripting, Jenkins) is also a must as is the understanding of development workflows, experience of setting up CI/CD pipelines and security in the cloud and within the Datacentres. Solid understanding of Kubernetes and KOPS as well as Hashicorp products such as Vault, Consul and Packer are also highly advantageous.

This is an outside of IR35 contract for 6-12 months minimum. Rate on offer is £700pd.
