Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master, Croydon, London.

Agile Delivery Manager (outside of IR35) urgently sought after to work in Croydon for central Government. Agile Delivery Manager must be able to demonstrate 4+ years or more experience as a delivery manager on agile projects delivering transformation (platforms or services) in the public sector and the cultural changes required to achieve it required.


Public sector experience or GDS driven project work is preferred. You must also be SC cleared and have proven Gov UK experience (Valid SC clearance is a must due to the nature of the project and the client not being able to support the process because of time restrictions).

Key experience therefore is; 1) Experience working closely with stakeholders, including executive stakeholders, to help refine project vision, goals and release themes, 2) Experience working with software delivery teams using modern technologies and practices, including a deep understanding of the Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live process and 3) Have demonstrable experience of working in a culture of continuous delivery and improvement. Can show evidence of creating a culture of innovation for delivery teams.  Ideally you offer Agile Maturity and Lean expertise who enjoys helping shape the agile delivery environment and also coaching those internally as to why agile should be introduced within technology programmes and projects.
