UX UI Product Designer SaaS Start-up
London, Remote | 60-80k + Pension, Flexible Working
A skilled Senior UX/UI Designer with strong research expertise is required to join our SaaS product team. In this role, you will champion human-centered design to improve the usability, functionality, and visual appeal of our core platform. By leveraging research insights and contributing to our evolving design system, you will help deliver intuitive and scalable experiences for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional software engineering squads to help shape the future direction of the SaaS platform. Package: Interviews available immediately via Microsoft Teams. Salary: £60-80k. Fully remote role, occasional paid for travel to London (UK-based candidates only). 25 days holiday, pension, flexible working arrangements, potential share options, and additional benefits. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver user-centered design solutions that enhance the overall customer experience and align with business needs. Plan and conduct user research activities, synthesizing insights to inform design decisions. Build and contribute to a robust, scalable design system. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment. Prepare prototypes, lead usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback. Address SaaS-specific challenges, including multi-tenant systems, onboarding flows, and account management. Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and adhere to responsive design principles. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven track record in UX/UI design and user research for SaaS or comparable software platforms, evidenced by a strong portfolio. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Hands-on experience with user research methodologies and platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback). Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG) and best practices in responsive web design. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working within Agile software teams. Then please read on!   We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master who doesn't just “facilitate agile” - you analyse, adapt, and elevate. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement by leveraging data insights to optimise already well-established agile processes. This is a UK based role, working for a very exciting FinTech, largely remote with once a month office visits in central London.   As Scrum Master You will lead agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams on Scrum best practices, analyse team performance metrics, delivery data, and workflow patterns to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. You will use data to inform sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement strategies whilst partnering closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.   You will have: Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3+ years), ideally in mid-to-large scale agile environments. Solid technical background - you understand developer workflows, tools, and can speak their language. Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with performance data, metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, etc.). Experience leading or managing agile projects with measurable success. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a new automation framework from the ground up, shaping how quality assurance and automation are delivered across their platforms. You'll be collaborating closely with the QA team and DevOps engineers, driving forward best practices and ensuring scalability, reliability, and high-quality product delivery in a dynamic fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement a cloud-first automation test framework from scratch using Python, Selenium, and Appium. Drive data-driven quality engineering practices, ensuring test coverage and frequent insights into product releases. Work directly with AWS services, including CloudWatch, to monitor and validate deployments. Define and maintain automation practices within CI/CD pipelines, supporting seamless integration and deployment processes. Manage and validate artefacts across the release lifecycle. User Researcher Inside IR35 Government

My client, who are a government funded organisation, working within the public sector are looking for an additional User Experience Research Consultant to come in and work initially on a 12 week basis fully remote. You Must have had experience of working alongside Gov.uk, please do not apply if this is not the case! You will be a User Experience (UX) Research specialist that is passionate about research, user centered design, and building great products. An advocate of rapid iterative testing during development and upfront product discovery research. You will have created and led UX Research processes and strategy within an agile development environment, whilst working across multiple teams and platforms. From lab based testing, diary studies, in-depth interviews, user groups, or remote evaluations, you will bring the right set of tools to solve the problem/answer the questions. Working closely with design and development teams to ensure the UX specification is successfully translated into visual design and code you must offer 3-4 years' experience working at an Agency or client-side doing user research, quantitive and qualitative research, or usability roles. The researcher would be consulting alongside a UX team of 2 designers, one junior researcher and two Front End developers and within a mature delivery team. You need to be highly experienced, able to lead on research planning and focussed on research rather than design. Service Designer Inside IR35 Government

We've just had sign off from an arm within the UK Government who in recent engagements have been taking a service design led approach to help unpack problems and opportunities, which has led to the development and launch of new digital products and services. Following that recent success, they are now looking to hire a Service Designer to help them formalise their approach and develop that offering further. Company overview  The UK Government is embarking on a transformation with a number of exemplar projects based in London but with a Hybrid work approach. The team is a mixture of UX consultants, digital innovation consultants, project managers, solution architects, visual designers and developers. The team have a track record delivering Government digital standards. They have won a number of awards for the development of a new digital service for the public domain. Reasons this role could interest Opportunity to join an established team and help develop their service design practice and culture. Implementation. Not only will you conceive new ideas, you will also have the opportunity to see them launched as the client has a strong technology arm to develop these new solutions. Autonomy and freedom: the client prides itself on giving both of these on day 1. You will be fully involved with senior stakeholders and civil servants and you will be trusted with as much responsibility as you ask for. New service development. The role is focused on helping solve problems, and then working with to conceive new solutions. What you will need  A Service Designer here must be able to go from design research, ethnography, client workshops through to ideation and high level prototyping (ie a strong appreciation of interaction design would be a big plus). If candidate has come from an interaction design background and is on the path of moving towards specialising as a service designer that could also be of interest if those research and ideation skills are becoming well formed.
