Hands on Microsoft C# & ASP.Net Technical Architect with team Leadership is required by an established and leading edge Bedford based firm. Working out of modern offices, this established brand name requires a motivational and lead Technical Architect to lead a small development group and play a pivotal role in the revamp of their entire system (Greenfield) to own the architectural vision, creating and improving the framework which all developers operate to.

You will define all aspects of development from the appropriate use of technology to coding standards, involving the technical teams to embed a culture of collaboration, efficiency (Agile) and passion for high-quality software. You will be managing a high-quality development team to ensure the right person is working on the right tasks, all the time.

The need here is for a software enthusiast who is an expert with the .Net framework and can bring innovation as well as ideas to ensure the successful delivery of the project. Strong C#, ASP.Net & SQL Server expertise is required as well as a genuine passion for mapping a company's technology future. You will be fully conversant with agile project management processes, and have a detailed knowledge of web application development technologies.

As Architect, a successful history in managing migration projects from legacy systems to a new fully fledged Microsoft .Net framework, a natural team leader and motivator and an ability to talk to both business and technical leads in a non jargon manner to ensure a smooth and successful delivery is key!
