Software Support Analyst.

Software Support Analyst required by leading SaaS House based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Working closely with Java/DevOps technology gurus, the Software Support Engineer will work closely with customers resolving technical issues.

Experience of supporting software applications and a hunger to work with the latest cloud / Devops (AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes) technologies is key!

The Application Support Analyst within the engineering team will hold well developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify user issues and assist in resolving them. You will be required to keep updated on the enhancements of current systems and development/deployment of new systems to provide effective support, hold highly developed organisational skills, interpersonal skills and be a real team player.

It is essential the Application Support Analyst has 2+ year's proven experience in Application Support. Any experience of supporting Java code, with Scripting experience and software based applications, Cloud Technology such as AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD etc is seen highly advantageous.
