Service Management & Design Consultant – Milton Keynes.

Contract Service Management & Design Consultantis required by our key client in Milton Keynes to work on an IT Transformation Programme. Working as part of the IT Operating Model work stream, a key part of the transformation is to define and deliver the service desk processes and tools required to deliver fit-for-purpose (best practise) services.



As a Service Management & Design Consultant you must possess:

• Hands on capabilities
• Full implementation service management experience

• Experience of working in highly complex enterprise wide environments
• Service design experience
• Experience of coaching and fully training of others.
• Demonstrable of key experience on previous Transformation Programmes
• Excellent interpersonal skills.  Proven experience at developing strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Prince2 and ITIL qualifications
