Scrum Master / Agile Coach.

Scrum Master / Agile Coach required to join a rapidly expanding engineering team in Milton Keynes. As a Scrum advocate you will be tasked with rreviewing the current adoption of Scrum practices within a development team (10 engineers), benchmark current state by producing empirical and qualitative evidence and come up with recommendations/timescales for improvement and work with the team to continuously implement those improvements. 


As an experienced Certified Scrum Master you must be able to demonstrate experience of ccoaching development teams and product owners on effective user story writing utilising a range of techniques such as impact mapping, story mapping, etc. This is great opportunity for an Agile expert to create a transparent, open and honest environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration through the use of physical Agile artefacts (Post-it notes, visible release plans, SCRUM boards, etc) and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies whilst creating a fun and creative environment with a focus on delivery quality. 


As a Certified Scrum Master you must be able to demonstrate experience of working in the enterprise environment, show evidence of pro-active contribution to the Agile movement (blogs, articles, presentations, etc) and a clear understanding of LEAN startup methodology and feedback loops.
