Part Time Agile Delivery Manager (outside of IR35) urgently sought after to work in Central London for central Government. The successful Agile Delivery Manager must be able to demonstrate 4+ years or more experience as a delivery manager on agile projects delivering transformation (user centred design) in the public sector and the cultural changes required to achieve it. Experience of project managing high profile and complex projects using both Agile and Prince2 and effective reporting.

Experience working with data, in particular local authority planning and development management systems and/or processes

Good understanding of the planning and development industries

Excellent communications skills and experience maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders

A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification or ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge and skills gained through experience.

Preference for experience delivering digital products or services.

Experience delivering against a government digital service standard

A track record of user-centred design

This is a Part time role required 3 days a week and paying circa £400-425pd outside of IR35.
