Lead Developer (JavaScript TypeScript AWS) (Remote working).

A global software house based in Central Milton Keynes (remote working) needs an experienced Lead developer to deliver development services to clients. Leading a team of 3, you will be giving technical leadership, mentoring and line management to the product development team. As well as experienced team leads, we are also keen to hear from experienced senior developers who are looking to step into team leadership.

The Lead Developer will be expected to lead by example, adhering to XP, Agile and Lean principles, mentor other developers - helping them develop their technical skills. You will also represent your team to the wider engineering group, participating in technical architecture and long-term planning sessions.

The Lead Developer will boast significant web development experience in enterprise software or high-volume e-commerce websites and have practical experience of a test-first approach working and understating the Agile principles.

The client is currently undergoing a cloud migration, and this has given them the opportunity to broaden their toolbox to encompass a wider range of technologies. Historically a C# .Net house they are now utilising, and therefore, the successful candidate must have experience of -
