Lead C# .Net Core Developer.

C# .Net Core Technical Lead / Principal Developer required by leading software innovation team based in Chiswick, West London. Superb salary, package and flexibility on offer. As technical leader, you'll report to the CTO and be challenged with building innovative, customer facing products, and to build out internal-use tools. Part of this role involves bringing new ideas into the business, so it would particularly suit a candidate who is actively involved in the software engineering community, and is proactive in bringing in new ideas, techniques, and practices. This is a combined 'hands-on' and leadership position - you will be required to develop code, conduct code reviews, and lead the team. You will need to demonstrate experience in enterprise backgrounds. However, we are particularly looking for an enthusiast who is experienced at the state of more modern software engineering stacks, technologies, and techniques.

• An ability to put yourself in the user's shoes and consider design and implementation from their perspective is required.

• Experience of microservice architectures, in particular understanding of how to build complex front-end JavaScript (ideally TypeScript) code, interacting with a constellation of internal and external services/APIs is required.

• Experience of modern development approaches, particular non-Microsoft technologies, such as Angular, React, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Swift, Kotlin, along with .NET Core.

• Understanding of secure systems design best practice is required.

• Most of the internal systems are Microsoft, so at least 5 years' experience with C# and ASP.NET/MVC is required.

• Any particular exposure to DevOPS ideas and techniques is very helpful.
