An IT Service Desk Analyst is required to join an international company working on a Service desk that operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Working on shifts patterns that includes working 4 on 2 off and rotating on different shifts you will be working in a service critical role, managing the end-to-end fulfilment and resolution of IT technical faults and operate as the first point of contact.
The Service Desk Analyst will be offering advice and guidance on all IT services available so you will have a proven track record in first class customer service, an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills. You will have a basic level of IT skills along with some experience of working in an IT Service Desk or a Call Centre.
A willingness to learn and progress within IT support is a must for this role. You will have the opportunity to work with several IT applications/systems and be undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
