DevOps Engineer / Cloud Support Engineer – Milton Keynes.

Milton Keynes based software house are looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys code, working on POC's, everything cloud and working with Octopus, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus etc. Have you experience of working with Java, C# or Open Source code or infrastructure as a whole and want to take the DevOps leap?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established renowned organisation and work within their RnD team. With freedom to express your technical opinions and scripting in open source technologies. A high level blueprint given as starting point but freedom to adjust and create own ideas and research and a keen interest in developing scripts and tools to automate using API's.

You will be expected to assist and clearly talk Ops Engineers through when they have questions with understanding some of the more complex logic/behaviour that the main Dev team have coded in the product(s) whilst the Ops Engineers are investigating product faults as well keep up to date and practise (during work time) modern development methodologies (e.g. SOLID) and technologies and assist Ops Engineers in best practise concepts.
