A talented Software Development Project Manager who will be required to project manage a team of analysts developers on a day-2-day basis is required by Shrewsbury (Shropshire) based Market leaders.

This position requires an experienced Software Project Manager (4years plus) with a proven track record in delivering projects as well as building and managing software development teams. All software development is carried out in a Win Forms bias Microsoft .Net environment (C#, ASP.net, WPF)) following the Agile / RUP processes and based on a complex SQL database.

As Software Development Project Manager, you are expected to have a hands on commercial understanding of SW development and preferably a Prince 2 certification or a suitable degree. Working closely with the Director of Software, this exciting position allows the successful applicant a chance to really create something, deliver high end projects and manage the team in the absence of the Director.
