Service Desk analyst who can boast a good technical understanding of Microsoft technologies as well as all round customer service required ASAP to help provide 1st/2nd and support services to clients. Based in Milton Keynes, you must boast strong Windows, Networking, logging systems and preferably SQL / ITIL skills. Initially this is a 3month contract however the client are interested in those who may wish to join permanently thereafter. Almost immediate start required.
