Due to extravagant growth a Network and Server Support Technician is needed by my High Wycombe based market leading financial client. The successful Network / Server Support Technician will be working along side a small team providing networking/server support on 15-20 servers running Windows 2003 outputting to around 340 users.

The Network and Server Technician’s key responsibilities will include maintaining and developing the network and server infrastructure for the organisation whilst also rectifying server and network issues occurring in the development and test environments. You will be required to ensure network and data security is maintained and that the planning and implementation of upgrades and new technologies are met across multiple platforms.

As an experienced Network and Server Technician you must boast solid experience and sound knowledge of Windows 2003, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Exchange 2003, LAN and WAN support and also SQL Server 2000/2005. Being either MCSE or CCNA qualified is a huge benefit.
