Market leading petro chemical organisation with established presence throughout continental europe but especially within the UK, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands & Spain is currently seeking to augment their HR team with a suitably qualified HR Manager who can demonstrate a sound knowledge of European HR Employment Law. Amongst the chief deliverables/responsibilities will be the development/implementation of Strategic & Annual HR planning for the business including succession plans for team leaders and individual career plans for staff; Management of all internal and external employee resourcing actions; Deployment and Management of performance including the support and induction/orientation of new employees, supporting training options, ensuring training plans are delivered and overseeing performance agreements and appraisals; Collaboration with HR peers to ensure 'Best Practice' and local Employment Lawyers to mitigate HR Employment disputes & risk; Management of HR database, salary review processes and of all 3rd party recruitment. If you can demonstrate an understanding of and exposure to the European HR environment together with an understanding of project management processes/resourcing and a sound grasp of European Employment Law issues & risks we would be delighted to hear from you.
