Business Analyst - Government Experience.

Security Cleared Business Analyst required ASAP to work on a government project in Croydon. Working closely with other team members including DevOps, Interaction Designers, developers and content designers, previous government experience is a must and an understanding of GDS -Government Digital Service's Design Principles and Digital Service Standard - is ideal. With current security clearance, the Agile Business Analyst must be able to demonstrate understanding, expertise and experience of:

• • • Demonstrate a track record in mapping, developing and improving end-to-end processes.
  • • Demonstrate the ability to use and have had experience using common business centric process mapping techniques and languages.
  • • Demonstrate familiarity with Business Architecture concepts including Motivational Modelling, Value Stream Mapping and Capability Modelling.
  • • Ability to work with senior stakeholders to secure access to interviewees in their working environment.
  • • Effective workshop set up, facilitation and execution.

This is based in Croydon, London and is initially for 12months. Current security clearance is a must.
