Agile Delivery Manager who must be able to demonstrate 4+ years or more experience as a delivery manager on agile projects delivering transformation in the public sector and the cultural changes required to achieve it required ASAP for a 3 month plus contract. This is working for central government and so public sector experience or GDS driven project work is preferred.
As Agile Delivery Manager you will work on a brand new Digital Customer Programme, focussed on user research, data analysis, customer journeys, development of a digital roadmap. Key experience therefore is; 1) Experience working closely with stakeholders, including executive stakeholders, to help refine project vision, goals and release themes, 2) Experience working with software delivery teams using modern technologies and practices, including a deep understanding of the Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live process and 3) Have demonstrable experience of working in a culture of continuous delivery and improvement. Can show evidence of creating a culture of innovation for delivery teams.
Ideally you will also have experience with the following; 1) User research methodologies and practice, 2) Value chain mapping, 3) Road mapping, 4) Service mapping and 5) Business and operating model canvas.
